Byron Eugene Kelley, was born July 10, 1952 in Paducah, Kentucky he departed this life at 4:21pm Friday, April 6, 2018 at Valley Medical Center in Renton, WA. In celebration of his life a joint memorial service will be held for he and his brother William Kelley at 11:00am Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Tabernacle Baptist Church 2801 S Jackson St. Seattle, WA.
