Geroge A. Chelly Jr “Mandy” was the youngest son born to the Union of George A. Chelly Sr. and Mary Alice Allen – Chelly. Mandy was born on St. Patricks day in 1950 in Yakima, Washington (both parents proceeded him in death). Mandy was an amazing, warm and kind-hearted man and was loved and respected by his family and friends, he will truly be missed. Mandy leaves to cherish his memory his son George A.Chelly III of Stockton CA. and daughter Charlene D. Chelly of Seattle WA.. Grandchildren Michael D. Chelly, Davon A. Chelly, Tremaine Green, Aikera L. Bash, Robert W. Bash III, great grandchildren Aleia R. Frazier, G. Sexton’ Brown III, Davon A. Chelly Jr., Myla Chelly, Taylor Green and Ezekiel Green. Mandy also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Mandy now joins his parents along with his nine other siblings all whom have proceeded him in death into the Kingdom of Heaven; Ella Mae Chelly, Melvin Chelly, Rollie Jean Chelly-Hill, Cheridy Chelly, Hilton Chelly, Milton Chelly,  Jerry Chelly, Lillie Mae Chelly-Edgecombe, Juronia Chelly.
