Kenneth Frank Halverson passed away peacefully with his wife and three children by his side on December 17th, 2018. Ken was born on October 21st, 1937 in Tacoma Wa. to parents Everill and Ruth Halverson. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Ann. He is also survived by his children Laurie, Larry, and Lisa, his grandchildren Ashley, Kyle, Jasmine, and Jade, his four great grandchildren, and his sister Jeanette. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Lois. Ken grew up and lived his whole life in Rainier Valley and graduated from Franklin High School. Ken worked at the Halverson's 10 cent store in Columbia City which lead to his lengthy career in sales. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing, and camping with family and friends and was always referred to as "the wagon master". He loved Seafair, and most of all time with grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Everybody who knew Ken felt loved by him. He was kind and caring to everyone he met.
