Rita L. (Tackett) Hansen

Rita Lorraine Tackett was born March 31, 1960 in West Chester, PA to union of the late Ernest Harris and Gertie Jean (Harris) Tackett, Sr.

Rita attended Lincoln High School in Seattle, WA. She accepted Christ at Greater Revival COGIC under the leadership of the late Pastor Green. Family was very important and her grandchildren were the world to her. When not with them she could be found working a crossword puzzle.

Rita departed this life unexpectedly at 8:57pm on Saturday, June 8. 2018 at Swedish Cherry Hill in Seattle, WA. In addition to her parents, Rita was preceded in death by her brother Ernest Tackett, Jr.; nephew Carl Shears, Jr. and her granddaughter Torriana Moffet.  

Rita leaves to cherish her memories 3 children: Dalita Kalehuloa (Torrence Moffet), Derricka Tibbs and Brandi Tibbs. 5 grandchildren: Kierra Moffet, Imani Moffet, Nevaeh Patton, Damareon Cater and Imani Royster. 6 siblings: Brenda Tackett Hughes, Lisa Tackett (Milton), Sharon Tackett (Russell), Cynthia Tackett (Craig), Darlene Tackett and Bruce Tackett (Lynn).
