Annetta Marshall Greer, lovingly known for her warm spirit and joyful laughter, passed away on April 9, 2026, at the age of 64.
Born on December 10, 1961, to Patricia Dixson in St. Louis, Missouri, Annetta was a proud graduate of McCluer North High School. She carried with her strength, resilience, and a vibrant personality from a young age that defined her throughout her life.
Annetta had a great sense of humor, a contagious laugh, her fashion, style and personality brought light into any room she entered. She had a loving heart and a natural gift for making others feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Above all, she cherished her family deeply.
Annetta was a devoted mother to her children, Tameka, Donnie, April and Antuan Greer, Her love for them was unwavering, and that love was returned tenfold.
She experienced the tragic loss of her son, Antuan and her mother, Patricia who preceded her in death.
Annetta is survived by Tameka, Donnie and April Greer, her one and only grandchild, Valerie Whinston-Greer, sisters, Glenda Jones and Mona Greer and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Annetta's legacy will live on through her family and friends. She will be remembered for her strength, kindness, humor and her deep love for her family. She will be greatly missed and forever cherished.
