Carole A. Diggs

Carole Ann Diggs, 53, passed quietly on March 6, 2022.  She was born on April 16, 1968 in Virginia Beach, Virginia to Raymond Diggs and Shirley Diggs. Carole was a woman of Faith who accepted Christ at an early age. She was an amazing Mother and devoted Friend. Her life was dedicated to her beautiful daughter Milaana who was the love of her life.

Carole was a graduate of Franklin High School class of ’86 where she took an interest in Drama & Theatre.  She also attended the University of Washington College. She was a talented multi-faceted woman with a brain for numbers. She crunched numbers for various Mortgage Companies, Financial Institutions and Investment Companies like Boeing and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She was the HR manager for Price Credit Consulting and Emerald City Properties. She also excelled as a phenomenal Salesperson for Nordstrom & Pokemon, just to name a few. Carole was definitely an Influencer to others. Her talents didn’t end with her business skills, she blessed us with her voice as well, singing with the Washington State Mass Choir, Arts Seminar Music & Arts Love Fellowship Conference and participated in the Recording Mass Choir and Fashion Show and she also served as Treasurer during her time with them.

Carole was always the calm level-headed one in the bunch. She loved all things beautiful when it came to fashion, architecture, décor and travel destinations. She definitely had an eye for the finer things in life and appreciated the beauty in just about everything. Through her keen eye, she helped design her own wedding dress. The designer happened to be there while she was trying on her dress and she liked Carole’s input so much she re-designed the dress specifically for Carole. Carole Ann will forever be missed and loved by all who were blessed enough to call her friend.

She is survived by her daughter Milaana, Mother Shirley Harrison, Sister Karen Diggs, Brother Marlan Diggs, a Godchild De’Ahja Symone Johnson and a Host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.
