Deloris Cain Obituary

Deloris Annette Cain was born in the state of California to the late Lamar Sampson Sr. of Kansas and Helen Griffin of Texas on May 13, 1965 to be the youngest of five children. She departed this earthly life on Saturday, December 26th, 2020.

At the tender age of nine years old Deloris was adopted to the Cain family of Seattle, Washington. With welcoming arms she was raised by her father Mr. Sims Cain and mother Mrs.Margi Taylor-Cain as well as had gained beloved memories and relationships with her four siblings. During this pivotal time she was raised in South Seattle where, she grew up and obtained the greatest times with her favorite cousins of the Jefferson Family.

Deloris mothered six children who adored her charismatic personality, her ability to show an immense amount of love and exude her optimism was admirable . Aside from her own children, she nurtured and helped to raise many children of the West Seattle community. Not only did she have a smile and energy that would light up a room she was a knowledgeable women in many aspects of life. Deloris spent many years furthering her education in Business at North Seattle and Shoreline Community College.

Deloris leaves her cherished memories with her many family members. Her beloved children Da'Rel Cain, Ja'Kale Williams, Billy Williams, Ta'Hayla Glover, Sayvion Phillips and Jahaz Phillips. She was a Grandmother to Kar'Zhae and Carllon Anderson of Ja'Kale Williams, Da'Rel Jr, Ter'Rel, Mia'Rel Ty'Rel and Zy'Rel Cain of Da'Rel Cain Sr, As well as Lily Haprer and Tayzon Williams of Billy Williams. Her siblings, Phillip Sampson, Helen Sampson, Sheila Sampson, Lamar Sampson Jr, Micheal Cain, Perita Cain, Jill Cain and Patricia Cain.
