Growing up, Donovan loved playing sports. In elementary school, he played baseball in the catcher and centerfield positions. In high school, Donovan joined the wrestling team and played linebacker in football. With a passion, Donovan loved video games and even considered himself an avid gamer. He was extremely competitive but vowed to be his sisters team member while playing Fortnite, never the opponent. He loved playing basketball with his little brother Malcolm in the backyard of their grandparent’s house. As a toddler, Donovan would be shadowing close by the side of Grampy Reid. Donovan also enjoyed going fishing with Grampy Reid and Granddad McDonald during the summers and school breaks.
