Evelyn Parker-Duncan of Seattle, Washington passed away Saturday December 20, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.
Evelyn was born November 24, 1957, in Magnolia, AR to the late Samuel James (S. J.) Parker and Lizzie Mae Parker. She graduated from Magnolia High School Class of 1976, served in the U.S Army after graduation and was honorably discharged in 1978. She was a loving mother and grandmother, affectionally called granny. A cherished and faithful member of Word of Life Church of God Renton, Washington
Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Barbara Turner and Almeda Campbell, brothers Billy Parker, Charles Parker, Samuel James Parker Jr., and James Paul Brewer.
Evelyn is survived by her two daughters Kishma Duncan of Seattle, Washington and Danielle Jefferson of Texarkana, Texas, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one brother Ronnie (Michelle) Parker of Seattle, WA and a host of nephews, nieces, extended family, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Word of Life Church, 16045 116th Ave SE, Renton, Washington, Saturday January 17, 2026, 11:00AM.
