John P. Williamson

John Peter Williamson was born August 7, 1948  in Rogue River, Oregon,  to his parents James Robert Williamson and Irene Virginia Fredrickson. He graduated from Rogue River High School, Class of 1966. John spent his time after school adventuring from California to Alaska and eventually settled in Washington. He loved fast cars, especially his Corvettes. John made the start of his career in the Automotive Industry working at Bob's Auto Parts. Later, he worked as a manager for Schuck's Auto Supply and retired from Washington Liftruck as Manager of the Parts Department. John met his wife Kathy M. Gamble in 1978. The two were married October 14th, 1979 and made Renton their home. They were blessed with 2 children, Maryanne K. and John R.. He enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and dogs. He was an avid fisherman, hunter, and player of cards. Above all, he was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He looked forward to meeting his first grandchild, Corey W., this coming October. John passed on June 13th from an accident.
