Kenneth Kelly, Sr. Obituary

On February 2, 2024, the Lord called one of his greatest King’s home! A dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Kenneth George Kelly Sr. was born on August 8, 1956, in Seattle Washington into the proud parents of Beatrice Eugenia Smith and Roosevelt Kelly. He was the only boy out of five siblings. Kenneth attended Garfield high school where he later finished his General Education Degree at Goodwill Training and Education.

Kenneth later then met Izzettia Sherrell in 1979 (aka Baby Girl due to the fact he didn’t know how to pronounce her name). From there they were inseparable! They built a foundation in Portland Oregon where they then later moved back to Seattle Washington and married April 11, 1991, with their six children at the time.

Kenneth's greatest joy was his family who he loved dearly. He enjoyed being with his sons and chopping it up about cars over a good game of dominoes and BBQ. Let’s not forget his daughters who he spoiled rotten (period!) Kenneth was very passionate about his appearance where he was always current in his latest cars, fashion and jewelry. Known and loved as ~ Ken Kell~ to the community, he empowered and guided many young kings and queens to be the best they can be for the cards they were dealt with in life!

Kenneth was proceeded in death by his parents Beatrice Smith and Roosevelt Kelly. His sisters Phyllis Colbert and Joyce P. Hammond. His son Kenneth L. Kelly Sr.

His memories will be cherished by his devoted wife Izzettia Kelly (aka Big Momma). His children; Deshawn Allen, Desiree Sherrell, Beatrice Kelly, Artineze Kelly, J’Von Kelly, Parchey Kelly, Kenneth G. Kelly Jr and Kentrell Kelly.
