On October 30, 1967 Kevin was born in Seattle WA to the union of Ivory V. Larry Jr. and Barbara Larry. Kevin was a loving son, husband, bowler, deejay, Chicago Steppin’ dance instructor, and golfer. Kevin loved his family, especially his cousins, friends, and music. 

Kevin was a lover of music, old school, R&B, and hip-hop, and turned that love into deejaying, known as DJ K-9, specializing in R&B, Old School and Chicago Steppin'. Kevin was an avid bowler for over 20 years, and a Chicago Steppin' dance instructor for over 10 years. He was known for singing during steppin' class especially when his favorite songs were playing.

Kevin leaves to cherish his memory: wife Amelia (Sewell) Larry, mother Barbara (Diggs) Larry, father Ivory Larry Jr., Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends
