In Loving Memory of Tobitha “Babe” Calloway
Babe Calloway, born January 20, 1926, in Doyline, LA, gained her wings on September 25, 2025. The sixth of twelve children. Babe had a love of music, singing and praising the Lord. She married Elder Joseph Calloway, and together they raised Shirley and Joseph Jr. They purchased their Seattle home in 1955. She dedicated her life under the late R. J. Causey, House of Refuge Pentecostal. Babe became a licensed missionary under her nephew, Rev. Willie Calloway, Bethany Temple Pentecostal. Lovingly remembered by her daughter Shirley, grandchildren, great/great-great-grandchildren, sister Juanita (Oscar), sister-in-law Valena Winston (Alonzo), and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
