Robin L. Wells - Jackson

Robin Rashelle Lynnette Wells-Jackson,

a loving mother, daughter, sister, auntie, cousin, Godmother, and friend, departed this life after a four-year battle with cancer on August 4, 2021, at 8:24 pm. Robin (Shell) was born on September 26, 1967, in Seattle, Washington, to Rudy Wells and Virginia Wells. Robin attended Columbia Elementary, McClure Middle School, and graduated from Franklin High School in 1985. After high school, she attended Bellevue Community College from 1985 to 1987. After college, Robin worked for Aetna, Polyclinic, and ended her career at Harborview Medical Center, where she left on medical leave.

Robin was married to Craig Jackson; out of that union, they had three children, LaRieka, LaVonte, and D'onte Jackson, whom she loved and enjoyed spending time with.

She was known as Auntie Robin through the community kids were naturally drawn to her. Robin always had an open heart and door for so many of them. Thursday before she went into the hospital, Baby (Lanaya) loved Robin as her big sister. That's all she ever talked about; her big sister was crying while getting her hair done at the beautician. Baby wanted to call her big sister to explain that her head was hurting. Robin got on the phone and began to speak with her to calm her down. Even while very sick, she found the strength to encourage to help.

Robin will truly be missed. She enjoyed life and spending time with her family. She also loved to hang out with close friends, and shopping was her favorite pass time. She really enjoyed her grandchildren; they were absolutely her world.

 Robin is survived by her (mother) Virginia, (Father) Rudy, her three children Larieka, LaVonte, D’Onte, (granddaughters) London Allen, Avah Fernandez-Jackson, (brothers) Darnell Wells, Shane Wells, (niece) Saniaa Wells - (bonus children) Chauncey Alexander, Chucky Tatum, Ti’Ara Aska Talyn Leake, Semaj Fisher.  Extended grandkids Farrah, True, Justice and Reason Tatum.
