Santiago Guillermo Rodriguez

Santiago Guillermo Rodriguez passed away unexpectedly at the age 32 on September 17, 2022 at San Joaquin General Hospital with his wife, Jessica, at his side.  Santiago was born November 8, 1989, in Christian County, Kentucky to William Bowe, Jr. and Angelita Leary.  He was raised in Long Beach, Mississippi by his grandparents (who he referred to as his parents) William Bowe Sr. and Jewelene Bowe.  Though he was only on earth for a short time, he served in the Army for 14 years, had volunteered as a fire fighter throughout his life and pursued 22 years in scuba diving. Santiago is survived by his spouse Jessica, his child Jaydan, and his mother Jewelene. His father, William Bowe Sr., passed away four years ago.
