Terry L. Jefferson

Terry L. Jefferson, was born Dec. 19, 1959 in Osaka, Japan to Saimko Hiriki and William Jefferson. He departed this life on Dec. 8, 2019 in Seattle, WA.  At the age of 5 Terry relocated to Seattle’s Central Dirstrict with his father and stepmother Bonnie Lou Jefferson. Terry attended Garfield and Cleveland High Schools. He enlisted in the US Navy and was honorably discharged in June of 1979. Terry worked for many years at the Seattle Parks Dept as a landscaper.

Terry is survived by his wife Janet J. Harris-Jefferson step children: Iman  M. Barquet, Abdul R.A. Barquet, Shaka S. Barquet, Ayesha L. Barquet, grandchildren and best friends, George Washington, Bob Hubbard and Keith Cottom.
