Vincent was born March 8, 1989, to Annaray L. Hill. Vincent graduated from Black River High School in 2007. He became a father to Kaiden Isaiah Dowdy in 2013. He loved his son. Vince enjoyed fixing cars, traveling, cooking, eating, and spending time with those he loved and he knew loved him back. His ability to change the mood in any room he stepped foot in, was like no other. He was always telling jokes and lending a helping hand to anyone in need.
He had a smile that lit up a room. He had the bestest hugs in the world. He had the heart of a lion trimmed in gold. He touched so many lives. He is a legend to those of us who love him. He will always be loved and missed deeply.
Vincent is preceded in death by (maternal grandmother) Annie N. Hill, (brother) Jamaal Villars, and (uncle) Oscar L. Murray Jr. and many others.
Vincent leaves to mourn (mother) Annaray Hill, (son) Kaiden Dowdy, (brothers) Joshua Dowdy, Aalijah Fulton, Demetrius Dowdy, Hakeem Dowdy, and Patrick Henry (of Arizona) (sisters) Lucretia Weston and Regina Henry (of Arizona), (aunt) Monique Little (of Mississippi) and a host of relatives and friends that will love him FOREVER.
